**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF NEED OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 18 WHO ARE DISABLED OR WHO HAVE ADDITIONAL NEEDS BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** The Banana Trust is a provides day trips for children with additional needs. The Trust provides trips for children with disabilities and special needs aged 5-18. The trust runs up to 12 day trips in the London area throughout the year.
