Ibl encour4ing and developing Whe possible the eJickets'ng skills and kncwiledge of senior and junior members: Summary of Activities: A full season of over 45 fixtures provided the opp)rtunty for over 40 players to play senior cncket dunng the season, wrth weekly evening practice sessions attracting good attendance. It was a very successful season on the pitch wrth the 1•1 Xl ganing promotion to the Somerset diwsion of WEPL and the Xl finishing a respectful mid lable. The junior section had over 25 thildren involved during the season. The U13 and U11 sides had regular weekly Iraining and a full season of league fixtures. It has been especially pleasing lo see a number of the junior members aYIng wrth the senior teams hdwng fvrther their cricketing education. Volunteers aYed a wtal roFe through the year. Work on the ground and preparing wickets for every match is all camed out by VUnteerS totalling hundreds of hour5 across the year. Coaching and organising teams takes many hours of work from Nx)lunleers and on malch days we are supported by volunteer scorers and unyres. Dèlivery of Public Benefit: The trustees ensured the club continues to deliver a public benefrt by providing sporting facilities lo the communty. Well over 100 people have benefitted from Ihis Ihrough participating. leaming and watching. We conts'nue to Introdu the game and developing the skills of 20 to 30 children with the U11 arml U13 teams.

A Ight increase on last year due to a increased number of small donations and improved collecting of match fees. The reseNes provide conts"n9ency for replaang machinery and repairs to ground and pavilion. 8efore the 2023 season some dements of our faciltb.es will need to be L¢pJraded to meet the minimum slandards for the WEPL which will reduce reserves by around £151JO.
