**Objects:** The Charity&#x27;s objects are, for the public benefit, to: (a) advance training, education, and research; and (b) promote, protect and improve physical and mental health (including, without limitation, through the reduction of health inequalities and promotion of trauma informed relational working); to benefit people with disabilities (including but not limited to learning disabilities, autism, dementia and mental health difficulties); in particular but without limitation by encouraging the elimination of inappropriate and unnecessary restrictive practices (including restrictive institutional models of care). Nothing in these Articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with any statutory provision regarding the meaning of the word &quot;charitable&quot; or the words &quot;charitable purposes&quot; in force in any part of the United Kingdom.

We want to create a culture of respect for human rights across education, health and social care services so the services are safe, dignified and respect people&#x27;s autonomy and well-being, and reduce reliance on restrictive practices.
