To promote equality and diversity for the public benefit and in particular the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity ofthose living in Lincoln and the surrounding areas in particular but not exclusively by:

1) Raising awareness and educating the public about the issues and difficulties affecting the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people.

Report of the Trustees for the year ended 31st December 2023

The trustees present their report with the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31st December 2023. The trustees have adopted the provision of Accounting Reporting by Charities, Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK (FRS 102) (effective January 2015)

The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position ofthe charity. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets ofthe charity and hence for taking reasonable steps to prevent and detect fraud and other irregularities.

Activities

Lincoln Pride UK raises awareness of LGBTQ issues by staging events. An annual Lincoln Pride event took place this year.

Independent Examiners report to the Trustees of Lincoln Pride UK

This is the report to the charity trustees of the examination of the accounts for the year ended 31st December 2023. As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011("the Act").

This report in respect ofthe examination ofthe charity's accounts is carried out under section 145 ofthe Charities Act 2011. In carrying out the examination the directions given by the Charities Commission under section 145(5)(b) ofthe 2011 Act have been followed.

In completing the examination it is confirmed that no matters have come to our attention in connection with the examination that give cause to believe that the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles ofthe Statement of Recommende

Practice for accounting and reporting by charities (applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)).

We have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
