Dear Charity Commission 

You have requested our Trustee’s Annual Report for the accounting period 11/02/2020 – 31/08/2020 

Although the new charity number was registered on 11[th] February 2020 due to a significant delay in Ofsted registering the CIO & new charity number as a new registration we did not actively commence working as the new registration until 20[th] May 2021. Therefore there are no annual accounts to provide for this Charity number for this accounting period as we were not trading under this charity number/Ofsted registration number until 20[th] May 2021.
