Minutes AGM 12/3/25 

## Minutes 

The 2024 AGM minutes were agreed. 

## Present 

Mark Welthy. Rebecca Mazur, Cara Littlewood, Amanda Hinchliff, Ryan Davidson 

## Review of 2024 

MW confirmed that the annual return was done on time and the finances remain OK but members are dropping 

The tuck shop continues to go ok but due to numbers, we are selling less 

Weekly attendances are becoming a lot lower and it was agreed we need to push for more /new members 

## Plans 2025 

We have enough volunteers for the current volumes but if they increase we will need to find more volunteers 

No additional trustees were found but we still have enough 

Some policies were changed but we do need to look at them again over the next 12 months 

Ryan passed his food hygiene 

It was agreed the fees would remain the same. 

## Finances 

The finances remain ok, the Parish council gave CYC £1225 

The gala was rained off and crickfest had some but not much interest 



## Equipment 

Old equipment was replaced when required, mainly dodge balls 

## Opening hours 2024 

It was agreed we would only open during term time going forwards
