will raise funds by annual membership fees and
sponsored educational events (courses,

organised central forum through which
coordinated efforts can be made to further the
specialty in terms of education, knowledge and
research. There is an indirect translation to
greater treatment options and improved

education efforts. These treatment options and
services influence public health through
improved psychological, social, mental and

**content. BLRS guided UK surgeons with**
**specific guidelines to safely treat**

**constraints of the pandemic.**

**and consultant members, albeit**
**significantly curtailed by COVID**
**restrictions. BLRS supported the journal**
**“Strategies in Trauma and Limb**
