The objects of the CIO are for the public benefit to relieve those needs of adults with disabilities which arise from social isolation on the grounds of disability by working to assist such people to maximise their potential, develop friendships and relationships, reducing their loneliness and isolation and facilitating their full participation in society.

As the CIO has not been activated, no activities have taken place. The initial elected Trustees are aware of the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit.

Section D Achievements and performance
Due to the Covid pandemic the opportunity to deliver the Love4Life **Summary of the main** intended services were thwarted and as such the CIO has not been **achievements of the charity** activated and sat purely as a shell CIO up to 31[st] March 2022. Since April **during the year** 2022 the ability for vulnerable adults to interact and socialise freely without the risk of infection has returned within the community at large, we have reconsidered our decision and activated the CIO in April 2022.. It has not been possible until now for Love4Life to develop as our intended beneficiaries were at risk and hence it was prudent to delay the timings of activation.
