## **Objectives and Activities:** 

The relief and assistance of people in Cameroon and Nigeria who are the victims of war or natural disaster, trouble, or catastrophe in particular by the supply of food, water, provision of shelter, health care provision, medical aid and educational materials to such persons.

BCDA-UK member**<br>**who constitute the voting members of**<br>**the  CIO,  carried  out  fundraising**<br>**activities  to  raise  funds  to  assist  the**<br>**charity to carry out its target project of**<br>**providing  hospital  roofing  facilities  to**<br>**one of few functioning health centres in**<br>**Bali,  Cameroon  which  is  recovering**<br>**from  political  crisis  and  ongoing  war.**<br>**The  roofing  project  is  to  be**<br>**accomplished and reflected in the 2024**<br>**to 2025 financial year. The charity also**<br>**provided food bank assistance to Alice**<br>**Hawkins Community Project in Leicester**|

The  interest  of  the**<br>**Charity to the Global Diabetes initiative**<br>**is that it provides assistance to Diabetes**<br>**patients  in  UK  as  well  as  in  parts  of**<br>**Cameroon  including  the  war-torn  Bali,**<br>**Cameroon.**||
