policy for holding reserves

financial stability and the means for the
development of our principal activity. We
intend to maintain our reserves at a level
which is at least equivalent to the remainder
years for each enrolled girl in school in a way
that does not hinder completion of their
secondary education. Therefore, if there are
4 enrolled girls in school, then reserves will
be 4 X tuition fees per year X remainder
academic years in school. We do not add the
upcoming cost for the academic year in
reserves and also pad projected upcoming
costs with a contingency amount that rolls
back into contingency should it not be spent.
We intend to use the reserves in the
following manner in 3- 5 years (based on the
remainder duration of the girls education):
a. Tuition fees and associated school costs
b. Enrichment programs
c. Emergency situations completely outside
of any forecasted scenario e.g. COVID-19
pandemic
