**the number of girls on its cohort from 4**
**girls to 8 girls. This has alleviated the**
**financial strain on parents within the**
**local communities we work in.**
**Additionally, a computer hub was set up**
**within the recipients’ school which**
**benefitted over 25 girls who received**
**tech training and coding lessons.**
**In Ghana, we provided uniform and**
**book grants for 11 girls to enable them**
**resume school without any hindrance to**
**their education. This was supported by**
**a local charity in Ghana.**
**We provided tech training to teachers in**
**the local community and promoted the**
**use of technology to deliver a better**
**quality of education.**
**We also empowered girls in the**
**community by supporting them with**
**online safety awareness training and**
**mental health and wellbeing guidance.**
**Participants in these sessions identified**
**their impact in feedback surveys and**
**reported confidence in their ability to**
**report wider community issues to our**
**organisation.**
**Overall within the year we made a big**
**impact beyond an educational**
**standpoint which we were extremely**|
**proud of and some of our efforts were shared on social media by an expremier league player. We will continue to raise awareness about the work we do and ensure that our work leads to the public benefit of the communities we operate in.**

reserves at a level which is at least

each enrolled girl in school in a way that

are 4 enrolled girls in school, then
reserves will be 4 X tuition fees per year
X remainder academic years in school.
We do not add the upcoming cost for the
academic year in reserves and also pad
projected
upcoming
costs
with
a
contingency amount that rolls back into
contingency should it not be spent. We
intend to use the reserves in the
following manner in 3- 5 years (based on
the remainder duration of the girls
education):
a. Tuition fees and associated school
costs
b. Enrichment programs
c. Emergency situations completely
outside of any forecasted scenario e.g.
COVID-19 pandemic
