**Activities:** For the public benefit advancement of the education and well-being of disadvantaged children of African or Caribbean descent, particularly girls under the age of 18, by providing financial assistance through school educational bursaries. This support enables them to access quality educational opportunities, development of digital skills, social and wellbeing development programs.
