## Section D Achievements and performance

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**

Services are held on Sundays and Wednesdays and youth meetings on Fridays.

There are other activities throughout the year such as church convention, Children’s day, youth conference, family fun day and other forms of get together. All these events are open to the public for free attendance.

However the consistency of these events have been hampered for a few years due to COVID19.

The foodbank is operated by volunteers from the church on a weekly basis and has remained consistent despite COVID19. Currently it serves approximately 50 people who attend the foodbank at the church weekly on a Tuesday, some of who have families including children to benefit from the food. Food is obtained from Fareshare food charity, located in Birmingham at a minimal cost, which the church pays.

**Section E Financial review**

## **Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves**

The Church currently has no reserves, but will include them in the accounts when that occurs. It is my assessment that the Covid period which was detected 3 months after the church’s registration has affected the possibility of building reserves.

**Details of any funds materially in deficit**

There are no current deficits
