## **Trustee Report** 

## **Objectives:** 

- 1.1 the advancement of education primarily but not exclusively of pupils at Roman Catholic schools in the diocese of London in particular to pupils of St Robert Southwell Catholic Primary School of Slough Lane, Kingsbury, London, NW9 8YD (the **School** ) by the provision of financial assistance; and 

- 1.2 the relief of those in need by reason of ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage and in particular (but without imposing any limitation) by providing grants and bursaries primarily but not exclusively for pupils at Roman Catholic schools in the diocese of London in particular to pupils of the School by the provision of financial assistance. 

Charitable status was granted on 29[th] January 2020. 

Due to lockdown in March 2020 and the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic for 2020-21, the Foundation had yet to launch adequately and fulfil its full potential. 

Income for period 2021-22 consists of donations from school families, staff and sports clubs (advertising).  A large transfer was effected in February 2022 from a historical Governor’s Fund account to SRSCF to amalgamate the funds under one umbrella.  The main purpose of the charity is yet to launch (has now launched as of December 2022).

The Charitls Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounting infomiation.
The Charrt￿S Trustees consider that an audit is not required for his year under Section 144
of the Charities Act 2011 (￿he Charrtvs Act) and that an independent examination is
needed.
During an independent examination, it is my responsibilty to:
Examine the accountsfinfomation under Section 145 of the Charities Act
To follow the procedures laid down in general Directions given by the Charity
Commission (under Section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act
To state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

My examination was carrred out in accordance with general directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records held by the
charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounting information and
seeking explanations from the Trustees conceming any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audit and
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accountstinfomation present a Irue
and fairf view. The report is therefore limited to those matters set out in the statement.
Independent Examiners Statsment
In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention which gives me
reasonable cause to believe that in, any material ￿SpeCt, the requirements to keep
accounting records in accordance with Sectron 130 of the Charitys Act and to prepare
accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply wrth the accounting
requirements of the Charitys Act have not been met or to which in my opinion, attention
should be drawn in order to enable a proper unde￿tanding of the accounts to be reached.
