Friends of Sandwich Infant School Trust Annual General Meeting and Annual Report 20[th] February 2025 1700 

Present: Phil Buckley, Justin Morley, Harry Sampson 

1. Declarations of interest - None 

2. Appointment of new Trustees – Harry Sampson and Justin Morley were appointed as trustees.  The charity page on the charity commission website will be updated to reflect this 

3. Accounts –Issues with the accounts following the death of the charity treasurer it has been decided to revert the charity to its original purpose of raising money for Sandwich Infant School through charity specific grants.  The 2023-24 finance return will be submitted to reflect this fact. 

4. Bank account – a separate account to FOSIS will be investigated.  Trustees felt that having a separate bank account would make the separate identity of the charity clear.
