During the year. the charity obtained grant
funding of £IO.OLXJ from the National Lottery
which has enable them to contin¥Je to improve
the workspaces within the shed, and the
equipment available to its users.
In turn. the wider community ha5 benefitted
from this with the work that the members of
the Men's shed are able to provide.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Ross-on-wye Men's Shed) for the period
ended 31" March 2025.
Responsibilities and basls of report
As the charlty trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the requirements of the Charities Act 20111.the Acfl.
I report in respert of rny examination of the Charitys accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and In
carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 14515llbl of the Act.
