To achieve these objectives, DLCC carried out a range of charitable activities during the reporting period, focusing on community outreach, youth development, pastoral care, and organisational capacity building. 2. Public Benefit Statement In line with Charity Commission guidance, the trustees confirm that they have had due regard to the Commission’s public benefit guidance when planning and delivering the charity’s activities. All activities were undertaken to provide clear public benefit to the local community, particularly to students, families, vulnerable individuals, and young people. |
