Blwyddyn llwyddiannus i Gylch Meithrin Pentreuchaf. Mae nifer o blant sy’n mynychu dal I dyfu a rhai diwrnodiau yn llawn. Pawb yn edrych ymlaen i weld beth a ddaw yn y flwyddyn ariannol nesaf.
Mae’r cylch yn darparu gwasanaeth sesiynol o ansawdd uchel I blant o ddwy oed hyd at oed ysgol a hynnu drw sesiynnau boreuol y meithrin mwy a’r cylch yn y prynhawn. Nod y Cylch Meithrin yw hyrwyddo addysg drw cyfrwng y Gymraeg I blant oed ysgol ardal Pentreuchaf.
Mae plant bach wedi medru manteisio ar y cynllun 20 awr o oriau gofal am ddim ac mae hynnu yn arbennig o bwysig I ni gefnogi teuluoedd ifanc cael mynediad at ein gwasanaeth.
Mae’r cylch yn aelod o’r Mudiad Meithrin ac yn derbyn cefnogaeth barhaus gan y Mudiad a diolch iddynt am y lwfans o £2800 i gyfro costau y staff dros gwyliau yr haf.
Mae ein staff arbennig yn ymroddedig ac yn rhoid cyfleodd gwerthfawr i’r plant ddatblygu drwy weithgareddau chwarae – mae’r plant yn hapus iawn cael mynychu. Mae gennym ni 3 aelod o staff erbyn hyn gan bod niferoedd y plant wedi cynyddu.
Diolch hefyd i’r ysgol yma ym Mhentreuchaf am fod yn garedig iawn am fod yn gartref mor groesawgar i’r Cylch. Rydym yn cael gofod am ddim gan yr ysgol a mae hynny yn hwyluso gwaith y Cylch yn arw ac yn gartref sefydlog. Mae hefyd yn help mawr wrth i’r plant bontio i’r dosbarth Meithrin gan wneud y cam mawr o ddechrau’r ysgol.
Diolch arbennig i Mrs Jones sy’n gweithredu fel ein unigolyn cyfrifol ar y pwyllgor ac sydd wastad wrth law i gefnogi a chynghori aelodau’r pwyllgor.
I weithredu mae’r cylch yn hollol dibynnol ar incwm a ddaw gan y plant sy’n mynychu’r sesiynau, ac digwyddiadau codi arian. Fe gawsom brynhawn llwyddiannus yn niwrnod mabolgampau’r ysgol wrth neud paneidiau a cacennau i’r rhieni a oedd yn gwylio eu plant, raffl Nadolig. Mae parhau i godi arian yn hanfodol i ddyfodol y cylch.
Diolch i’r trysorydd, yn eu rôl gwirfoddol am cadw trefn ar y cyflogau, taliadau’r rhieni, grantiau sy’n dod i mewn ac hefyd i Gwyn Thomas y cyfrifydd am y gefnogaeth proffesiynol. I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2025.
## **Responsibilities and basis of report**
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
## **Independent examiner’s report**
I have completed my examination.
I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
- • the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
