Mae wedi bod yn flwyddyn brysur a llwyddiannus iawn i Gylch Meithrin Pentreuchaf. Mae’r nifer o blant yn y Cylch wedi parhau i dyfu ac erbyn hyn – ryn ni’n agos iawn i fod yn llawn.
Mae’r Cylch Meithrin yn darparu gwasanaeth sesiynol o ansawdd uchel i blant o ddwy flwydd oed hyd at oed ysgol a hynny drwy sesiynau boreuol y Meithrin a Mwy a’r Cylch Meithrin yn y prynhawn. Nod greiddiol y Cylch yw hyrwyddo addysg cyfrwng Cymraeg i blant oed ysgol yn ardal Pentreuchaf.
Mae plant bach yn medru manteisio ar y cynllun 20 awr o oriau gofal am ddim ac mae hynny yn arbennig o bwysig i ni i gefnogi teuluoedd ifanc i gael mynediad at ein gwasanaeth.
Mae’r Cylch yn aelod o’r Mudiad Meithrin ac yn derbyn cefnogaeth barhaus gan y Mudiad.
Mae ein staff arbennig yn ymroddedig ac yn rhoi cyfleoedd gwerthfawr i’r plant ddatblygu drwy weithgareddau a chwarae ac rwy’n meddwl fy mod yn siarad ar ran pawb wrth ddweud fod y plant yn dwli arnoch chi ac mae’n bleser eu gweld yn cyrraedd a gadael y cylch mor hapus bob dydd.
Diolch hefyd i’r ysgol yma ym Mhentreuchaf am fod yn gartref mor groesawgar i’r Cylch. Rydym yn cael y gofod gan yr ysgol am ddim, ac mae hynny yn hwyluso gwaith y cylch yn fawr ac yn gartref sefydlog a braf i weithgareddau’r Cylch. Mae hefyd yn help mawr wrth gwrs wrth i’r plant bontio i’r dosbarth meithrin gan wneud y cam mawr o ddechrau’r ysgol yn un esmwyth a diogel i’r plant. Diolch arbennig iawn hefyd i Mrs Jones sy’n gweithredu fel ein unigolyn cyfrifol ar y pwyllgor ac sydd wastad wrth law i gefnogi a chynghori swyddogion y pwyllgor.
I weithredu o ddydd i ddydd mae’r Cylch yn hollol ddibynnol ar yr incwm a ddaw wrth y plant sy’n mynychu’r sesiynau ac yn bwysig iawn gweithgareddau codi arian. Dyma sy’n talu cyflogau’r staff ac yn prynu adnoddau angenrheidiol i’r cylch. Yn ystod y flwyddyn a aeth heibio bu nifer o weithgareddau codi arian llwyddiannus, yn cynnwys:

Mae parhau i godi arian yn hanfodol i ddyfodol y Cylch ac i sicrhau ein bod yn darparu gwasanaeth o ansawdd uchel i’n teuluoedd.
Wrth drafod codi arian – mae’n rhaid i ni fel pwyllgor a rhieni ddiolch o galon i Naomi am ei gwaith diflino fel Trysorydd y Cylch. Yn ei rôl wirfoddol, mae Naomi yn gyfrifol am gadw trefn ar daliadau rhieni, grantiau a sicrhau bod y staff yn derbyn eu cyflogau yn brydlon ac yn gywir. Dw i’n gwybod ei bod hi wedi cael ambell i noson ddigwsg yn cadw trefn arnom ni gyd felly diolch yn fawr iawn i ti Naomi.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2024.
## **Responsibilities and basis of report**
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.
I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
- • the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
