- The charity is governed by a new constitution adapted by the church members on the
4[th] December 2019 and recorded with the Charity commissioners.

The objects of the Charity are:
To advance the Christian faith primarily but not exclusively in Lancashire and surrounding
area, in accordance with the doctrinal basis.
To further such charitable purposes as the trustees may from time to time decide. 6 The Trustees are appointed by the church as stipulated in the constitution. The current trustees are:Pastor Mark Bassett Mr Bernard Gooderham Mr Simeon Raby Mr Ephraim Thomas.

The trustees receive no remuneration with the exception of Pastor Mark Bassett which is permitted for his employment as Church Pastor.

All the trustees are involved in the day to day running of the charity using their different skills.

The Independent Examiner’s Report on the accounts has been carried out by Paul Harrison, ACMA. 70, Hamilton Road Garswood, Ashton-in- Makerfield, Wigan, WN4 0SU.

The charities bankers are HSBC.
11 Statement of Trustees Responsibilities The Charities Commission requires the trustees to prepare financial statements that show a true and fair state of the charities financial position which we have sort to do, presenting figures clearly so our members can see how the charity is placed financially. 12. Review of the Year.
We have sort to maintain our weekly programme of Worship services at 10.30am (during this service we have a Sunday school foe Children) and 6.30pm on Sunday, with a Bible study and Prayer meeting on Wednesday evening. A toddler group is run on a Thursday morning at 10.00am. Once a month we hold a Tuesday Lunch. All these activities are open to all to attend.
- Insurance Policy Our policies have been reviewed during the year. 14. Safeguarding All our volunteers and Trustees are subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring using the agency of Thirtyone:Eight. 15. Investment Policy. The trustees have power to make investments in line with the agreed constitution, at the present time all monies are tied up in the day to day running of the charity. 16. Voluntary Help
The trustees are very appreciative of the generous support of the church members in terms of help both time and financial without which the charity could not function as it does.

Basis of Independent Examiners Statement My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions 8iven by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparision of thoscs accounts with those records. It also includ¢s a consideration of any unusual ilems or dis1osu$ in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you trustees wncerning 5u¢h matters.
