Beder has a wholly owned subsidiary (Beder Mirjan Ltd – company number 11958311).

Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)
Beder aims to overcome fear and stigma surrounding mental health and suicide prevention by softly raising awareness around these topics through organising a range of events and initiatives across education, wellness and recreation.
Beder continued to organise a wide range of activities which brought people together who shared similar interests and raise awareness about Beder, as a charity and its work, through media coverage (such as a SkySports feature of Marvin Sordell breaking a Guinness World Record in support of Beder or Razzak Mirjan appearing on GB News during Suicide Prevention Day).
The Trustees have referred to the Charity Commission’s general guidance on public benefit including its guidance ’Public benefit: running a charity (PB2)’ to ensure that activities meet the requirements.

Section D Achievements and performance
During the year Beder developed a Christmas advent calendar filled with Summary of the main physical and digital products curated to look after your mental health and achievements of the charity encourage self care during 2021 the festive period. Over 400 calendars were during the year sold and it helped create awareness around Beder's unique approach to softly raising awareness. From Beder's Kitchen also continues to sell well and is now stocked in Waterstones, Harrods, Whole Foods and Daylesford Farm Shop. Beder also organised an initiative which gave over 400 care packages to the homeless community throughout central London which each package containing socks, snacks and helpful resources.

The charity was established in January 2020 and so the trustees are Brief statement of the looking to build its reserves to a level appropriate for its ongoing charity’s policy on reserves activities. Details of any funds materially None in deficit

Due to delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic the Beder bank account only became operational in February 2021. As a result the funds relating to the charitable activities of Beder CIO were held in the bank account of its wholly owned subsidiary (Beder Mirjan Ltd) and were transferred to Beder CIO after the year end.
