KINGSTON LISLE COMMUNITY – REPORT FOR YEAR ENDING 31 MARCH 2023
Income. There were no donations to the fund during the year.
Expenditure of Funds. The trustees agreed to make available funds to allow modest social gatherings during the winter months at a reasonable cost. This was not taken up, but the Trustees agreed to fund a renewal and increase in the Village Hall crockery stock such that widely-supported social events could be held. This proved successful.
Coronation Celebrations. The Trustees agreed to set a sum to be available to allow affordable parish celebrations of the Coronation should this be needed.
Changes of Trustees. Mr Jarvis tendered his resignation as Contact Trustee on age grounds. This post was taken-up by Councillor Mrs White, an existing trustee. Councillor Mr Graham continues to serve as a trustee and Ms Holding volunteered to become a trustee. These changes were within the Community constitution and were authorised by the Parish Council on 7 March 2023. These changes have been notified to the Charity Commission.
