Report of Activity
Trinity Baptist Church Gorton CIO registered as a charity on 20th January 2020. The charity was founded and registered to receive the charitable activities and assets of the Baptist Church known as Trinity Baptist Church Gorton, which currently operates as an unincorporated charity with excepted status.
The trustees of the current church are in the process of transferring the assets, activities and liabilities of the current church to the new CIO and then intend to wind up the current church as a legal entity.
The CIO held its Annual Meeting on 2nd December 2024 for the purpose of reporting to our members and electing our trustees. The following were elected as trustees:

The trustees have engaged the services of solicitor but various obstructions pertaining to legal matters have prevented the furtherance of the transfer of assets from the present unincorporated church structures to the new CIO. In the year ending 31st March 2025 there was no other activity to report.

In the relevant year, the charity had zero financial activity. There was zero income or spending, and the charity has zero assets.
