## Trustees' Annual Report and Accounts  2020/2021 

Wellington and Dummer Riding for the Disabled Association is in the process of converting from an Unincorporated charity (Charity Commission Number 1073726) to this Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic this has been an extended activity due to delays in opening a new bank account.  During the financial year 2020/2021, the charity has continued to operate as the unincorporated charity. There has therefore been no operational or financial activity from this CIO during 2020/21.  This report is a nil return. 

During 2021/22, it is intended that all assets will be transferred to this CIO and the old, unincorporated charity formally closed.
