To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of
Necton and the surrounding area the provision of
facilities for recreation or other leisure time
occupation of individuals who have need of such
facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or
disablement, financial hardship or social and
economic circumstances or for the public at large in
the interests of social welfare and with the object of
improving the condition of life of the said
inhabitants.

To provide or assist in the provision of facilities in

circumstances with the object of improving their

Our main focus this year continues to be the
transformation of an overgrown parcel of parish council
owned land into a community woodland for the benefit
of the village of Necton. Our fundraising activities have
raised finances specifically for this project and other
green initiatives. Our website, blog and social media
channels aim to provide the community with timely
updates on the project.
We have also undertaken some community volunteer
gardening, planting trees.
