Our fundraising activities have raised finances from grants specifically for this project. Our website, blog and social media channels aim to provide the community with timely updates on the project.

Para 1.20	2020 was our first year of operation and our focus was on developing an approach to our first project – working with the owner of the land (Necton Parish Council) to turn an overgrown plot of land into a community woodland. Benefits of our activities on this project at the end of 2020: • Better environmental habitat for wildlife following initial clearance activities • Community engagement on the project and registrations of volunteer interest (Covid curtailed our ability to have volunteers working onsite) • External funding secured to develop the site.
