To Preserve And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of Those In Need By Reason Of Ill-Health, Disability Or Vulnerability By Providing A Support System To Assist Guiding People To Safety In The Event They Are Found Wandering In Public And Unable To Communicate Their Identity ( Eg A Person Living With Dementia) And In So Doing Help Bring About Peace Of Mind To Vulnerable People And Their Carers By Providing An Extra Layer Of Protection.
