**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF MEN WHO ARE EXPERIENCING ISSUES DETRIMENTAL TO THEIR MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING, BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND PRACTICAL ADVICE TO HELP AID THEIR RECOVERY AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS AND MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TO HELP AND ASSIST PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILL HEALTH.

**Activities:** We give help, support and advice to those struggling with their mental health by offering weekly peer support groups and online and face to face mental health campaigns to reduce stigma. We also deliver mental health talks to volunteer organisations, sports clubs and male dominated work environments and react to those in crisis situations to help them access professional services.
