Rlsks
There is always a risk that income from regular giwng can fall if members sadly die or move out of the
Parish.
The PCC tries to ensure Ihat sufficient funds are left in reserve for upkeep of the four buildings in the
Parish. We might be financially Ghallenged should unavoidable multiple major repairs be needed all at

The PCC of the Ecclesiastical Parish of Bilborough and Strelley, Nottingham are
responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The PCC consider that an audit is not
required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and
that an Independent examination is needed.
Respe¢tlve responslbilities of the Examlner
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act.
to follow the procedures lald down in the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act. and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent examlnerfs report
My examlnation was carried out in accordance wlth general Directions given by the
Charity Commission. An examination indudes a review of the accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also
includes consideration of any unusual items or disdosures in the accounts, and seeking
explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken
do not provide all the evldence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no
opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and falrf view and the report is
limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Independent examlnérfs statemènt
In connection with my examinalion, no matter has come to my attention
1. which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the PCC of
the Ecclesiastical Parish of Bilborough and Strelley, Nottingham has not met the

proper accounting records in accordance vdth section 130 of the Charftles Act; and
the accounts are prepared which accord with the accounting records and comply
