**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ARE AS FOLLOWS:• TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THOSE AFFECTED BY SUICIDE AT WHICHEVER STAGE; POST-VENTION, INTERVENTION OR PREVENTION; AND• THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND SUFFERING OF THOSE AFFECTED BY SUICIDE.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.

**Activities:** Pete's Dragons provide immediate and specialist bereavement support across the county of Devon for all of those affected by suicide, whether it is an individual or a whole family, with no age limitation.
