Objects: (1)to Promote For Public Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Nursling And Rownhams And Its Neighbourhood (hereinafter Called "the Area Of Benefit") Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities In Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants(2)in Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise The Trustees Shall Have The Power To Purchase Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of Centres Land And Buildings For Community Use And To Maintain Or Manage Or Cooperate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such Centres Land And Buildings For Community Use
