## **FLAXTON COMMUNITY HALL CIO, Charity No: 1187370 TRUSTEES REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2023** 

The merger of the Flaxton Old School Trust and the receipt of the funds was finally completed, and the Flaxton Old School Trust was closed and removed from the register of charities 

With the funds secured, the trustees were able to recommence the process to replace the current superannuated building. The trustees have revised the initial design brief, so plans can be drawn, various construction methods could be considered and costings can then be obtained.
