## **TRUSTEES REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2022** 

Following the end of the Covid 19 lock-downs, a proportion of the regular activities in the Flaxton Community Hall restarted, and the hall only made a small loss on the year. 

The merger of the Flaxton Old School Trust and the receipt of the funds was delayed due to the death of the Flaxton Old School Trust treasurer.
