The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019). ## **Objectives and Activities** ## **Objectives and aims** The principle objectives of the charity continue to be: 1. The advancement of the Christian faith in any part of the world 2. The preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through events hosted by the charity or other charities 3. The relief of poverty, suffering and social deprivation in any part of the world ## **Public benefit** The charity trustees have complied with their duty to have due regard to the guidance on public benefit published by the Charity Commission in exercising their powers and duties. ## **Achievements and Performance** Walking Like Jesus Ministries (WLJM) has continued to grow significantly as a charitable organisation. Over the past year, we have reached more people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ than ever before. Our media ministry has expanded substantially, with notable increases in viewership and subscribers across our platforms and social media channels. Events hosted by WLJM this year have reached large audiences, and our ongoing presence across various media outlets and television broadcasting networks has proven both fruitful and impactful. This year marked a major milestone as we held our first-ever Gospel crusade at Parliament Square. The event attracted people from all walks of life and featured live worship alongside prayers for the nation of the UK. Following the crusade, videos from the event went viral, significantly strengthening and expanding our media ministry. Our flagship summer event, Tent Revival, was held once again this year following its continued success over previous years. Across the weekend, thousands attended the services, with many being baptised and others experiencing spiritual renewal and transformation. This event continues to have a profound impact on the local community and the wider Christian network, establishing itself as one of the leading summer festivals alongside other major worship events. We also reintroduced our evangelism training day this year, which took place in London and attracted hundreds of Christians from a wide range of backgrounds. Participants were equipped and trained to confidently share the Gospel. These initiatives have borne great fruit, helping to mobilise individuals across our network to support our evangelistic crusades throughout London. Pragma Church continues to flourish, with considerable growth in its congregation. We maintain regular Sunday services and host special events during Easter and Christmas, which have drawn increasing numbers from the local community. We are supported by a strong and dedicated volunteer base that serves both within the church and across WLJM events, proving to be a highly effective model. Additionally, our youth and children’s ministries have grown significantly, enabling more young people to engage with and come to faith in Christianity. OFFICIAL Overall, WLJM has achieved substantial milestones this year, from significant growth in social media engagement resulting from our events, to the consistent provision of services and community support through Pragma Church. ## **Future Work** As we look to the future, our mission to reach more people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ remains central to all that we do, and this is closely connected to our vision of acquiring a dedicated building for Walking Like Jesus Ministries. This facility will serve as a vital base for our evangelistic, discipleship and media activities, enabling us to host regular services, equip believers, and expand our outreach across London and beyond. We have seen encouraging growth in donations towards the building fund and continue to make positive progress with local stakeholders in identifying a suitable property. Securing this building will allow us to strengthen our community presence, increase the scale and consistency of our outreach campaigns and crusades, and significantly enhance our ability to produce and share Gospel-centred media with a growing global audience. ## **Financial Review** The total income and expenditure for the charity this fiscal period is presented by Figure 1. **----- Start of picture text -----**

OFFICIAL ## **Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held** The charity has no reserves to declare. ## **Amount of reserves held** There are no reserves held by the charity. ## **Reasons for holding zero reserves** The charity has recently been registered in January 2020 so there has not been a need to hold reserves at present. Our trustees will monitor the financials of the charity and decide whether reserves will need to be held in the next fiscal period. ## **Details of fund materially in deficit** None identified. ## **Explanation of any uncertainties about the charity continuing as a going concern** The charity has a large demand for its services but continues to have a small team of staff and volunteers to run the day to day operations. Further resources with the right competencies and behaviours are required to perform charitable activities to an excellent standard. The board of trustees will continue to monitor the number of tasks that the charity does and shall make informed decisions to acquire new resources through detailed checks and a formal interview process as appropriate. ## **Structure, governance and management** The charity is controlled by its governing document, the Charitable Incorporated Organisation Foundation Constitution. ## **Recruitment and selection** WLJM has a thorough and detailed recruitment and selection process.
