## **REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30 APRIL 2023** The Trustees of Law For ALL UK Chapter Charity present their annual report and audited accounts for the year ended 30 April 2023 and confirm they comply with the requirements of the applicable laws. ## **OUR AIMS** The objects of our charity are the advancement of education in the law in Tunisia in particular by: - collecting, acquiring and distributing legal textbooks to law school libraries in Tunisia; and - the provision of classes, lectures, seminars and training courses for students, professionals and the general public in Tunisia ## **REVIEW OF ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS** The charity has had no activities this year. The accounts includes expenses incurred in 2020 for the organisation of seminars in Tunisia that were not accounted for. ## **FINANCIAL HEALTH** The Trustees regularly review the finances, budgets and spend against budget together with a monthly cash flow analysis as part of the effective stewardship of the Charity. As of 30 April 2023 our financial statements showed a negative balance of £2400.
