**Objects:** To relieve the needs and promote and protect the good health and well-being of people living with dementia, their carers and families living in the County of Herefordshire and surrounding areas, through the provision of such support and activities as the Trustees deem fit.

**Activities:** Supporting and facilitating the increase of opportunities for people affected by dementia to live well with their diagnosis and remain a part of their community for as long as possible. Supporting and facilitating facilities to maximise social and recreational opportunities.  Raising awareness of the issues affecting people with dementia and their families.
