## Activities 

NL Down Syndrome Support Group has continued to provide support for people with Down Syndrome and their families/friends and the wider community.  This has included: 

- 1) Regular weekly dance classes for people aged 11+ 

- 2) Early Year Dance classes in different schools and community centres in Lancaster and Morecam,be 

- 3) Social events to provide support for families caring for people with Down Syndrome including our annual cinderbarrow railway trip,  garden parties and Christmas event 

- 4) Quarterly sensory play sessions for children in early years/primary age at Space Centre, Preston 

- 5) Online social support networks
