## **Re. Dartmouth Caring CIO 1187326** 

We registered the charity in January 2020 but due to the pandemic we could not complete our bank account opening until May 2021. 

At this point trustees agreed to start trading as a CIO from the start of their next complete financial year, in part to minimise significant accounting costs. 

Dartmouth Caring (1187326) started trading on the 1[st] April 2022, so has no accounts or trading for the year 2021-22. 

In 2021-22 Dartmouth Caring (900226) ceased trading on 31.3.22.  The accounts for this charity and annual report have been submitted to the Charity Commission.  The assets of the legacy charity (900226) were transferred wholly to the CIO (1187326) with effect from 1.4.22.
