The Kallipateira Moorhouse Foundation will increase the awareness of Stillbirth, support parents who have experienced the death of a baby and support research to help reduce the numbers of babies who die during pregnancy or Summary of the objects of the birth charity set out in its governing document Our planned events and activities through the year were successfully completed which enabled us to support research to help save babies lives. This included supporting a project working with ethnic minority groups to educate them on pregnancy and stillbirth. This was achieved through fundraising of official events and supporters when possible. We provided support to parents who have experienced the death of a baby and through online channels and face to face support. Support and awareness were provided to many new persons through Baby loss Summary of the main activities Awareness week, and we continued to lead the way locally for the awareness undertaken for the public benefit week with the organising of the Wave of Light Service and working with the local in relation to these objects authority on acknowledgment of the week. We helped to save babies lives by supporting research through supporting world
class and pioneering projects.
We supported parents who have experienced the death of a baby both online
and face to face.
We successfully held fundraising events – going above and beyond to ensure
these were completed to raise funds to help save babies lives.
Recognised by The Lord Mayor of Manchester for our dedication and
commitment to supporting the Tommy’s Rainbow Clinic and Maternal and Fetal
Health Research Centre in Manchester.
