The day to day running of the organisation is managed by the resident Pastor, Mr Randolf Adjei and a leadership team comprising of all department leaders recognised by the charity.

4

Therefore they are responsible for the implementation of the policies and strategies on behalf of the Trustees.

The Trustees ensure that activities are in accordance with the aims and objectives of the charity as contained in the Charity Commission Guidance on the Advancement of Religion for the Public Benefit.

Aims and purposes

The primary purpose of Kingdom Ambassadors Centre is to work towards advancing the Christian faith in accordance with the statement of beliefs in the county of London, other parts of the United Kingdom and Europe.

Aligned with our primary purpose, Kingdom Ambassadors Centre focuses on the achievement of many other aims:

5

Achievements and performance

Kingdom Ambassadors Centre (KAC) offers a range of weekly services and monthly gathering that allows our members to come together.

As the Corona virus continued to restrict some of our in person activities, we continued into 2021 with live streaming and Zoom meetings.

When the restrictions set by the government were completely lifted we decided to reinstall in person activities allowing us to develop and increase our community.

Online

After launching our online services in 2020, we have been able to continue our weekly online streaming. Over the course of the year 2021, we have increased our online community and increase our exchanges with some of our followers.

Through our online meeting, we shared knowledge and insights about the Christian faith by organising Q & A, interactive sessions and in house discussions streamed online.

We also focused on increasing activities and meetings around self development tackling various subjects such as business, careers , entrepreneurship and home ownership.

Via our online platforms a lot of content was uploaded to meet the needs of our community. There is now access to an important selection of sermons and messages that fit different interests and those can be replayed at any time.

In 2021, we were able to established an online community allowing people across Europe to learn about the Gospel and align themselves with Kingdom Ambassadors Centre’s vision.

6

In person

During 2021 we have been successful in welcoming and supporting new members in house through the increase of our online community.

In spite of Covid, we continued developing our activities and offering our services to

incoming members by emphasising on arrangements aligned with the government guidelines. Worship and prayer sessions, were maintained and encouraged.

It is pleasing to be able to report that the arrangements were well received since they came into operation due to the pandemic.

We also acknowledge and important increase of in house attendees for our Wednesdays and Sunday services.

As well as an increase of registered and official members.

The charity has been able to continue to respond to changing needs of communities as a result of Covid-19 .

Significant gatherings were launched in 2021 included Home cells and KAN .1

1 Insights about Home cells and Kan will be shared in the section focused on activities

7

Activities

Evangelism

Kingdom Ambassadors Centre has been able to share the Gospel with the local community through Evangelism.

We regularly engage with the community of Tottenham, sharing our christian journey and testimonies.

Via leaflets we share encouraging scriptures as well as our contact details for prayer requests and mental support.

We constantly engaged with our online community, built throughout the year via our different channels of communication.

We believe in spreading the love and the word of God, therefore we use all social media platforms to communicate and share about our beliefs.

Events

Throughout the year Kingdom Ambassadors Center schedules different events that aim for the spiritual and personal development of the community.

KAC offers weekly, monthly and yearly events which will be further explained in the following:

Weekly:

Kingdom Interactive

Kingdom interactive is online programming structured around the act of spontaneous conversation.

One person (or group of people) discusses various topics put forth by the host.

The discussion takes place in the form of an interview or an open conversation. We discuss various subjects such as religious beliefs or encounters.

This conversation enables us to touch on social issues, family, relationships, careers and finances.

During the discussion our community intervenes by adding their input and sharing their views.

Kingdom interactive airs online via our Youtube platform every Tuesday at 7 PM.

8

Kingdom school

Kingdom school is a weekly gathering that offers a learning space and environment for teachings.

Through these meetings KAC#s Pastor, Randolph Adjei educates, shares in depth knowledge and insights about the Gospel.

For these sessions, students come prepared with their notebooks and pens as the

session is followed by “Questions and Answers”.

Kingdom school has a similar structure as a regular course in school.

These classes enable the participants to gain more clarity on the gospel, while pursuing their spiritual journey.

Kingdom school takes place every Wednesday at 7:30 PM.

Church service

KAC church services are weekly corporate time that permits members to worship, pray and have communion. Attendees benefit from teachings and motivational speeches that equip them for the upcoming week.

KAC offers weekly services on Sunday at 10 AM.

Home cells

Are weekly gathering organised by KAC members taking place in the comfort of their home aiming to fellowship with other people. Meetings often number between 3 and 10 people who meet regularly to share the gospel and engage in activities such as Prayer and Worship. This has been recognised to be a great way to support members with their sense of belonging. The aim of these gatherings is to helps group members to grasp what the Gospel is saying about how they should relate to their real-life circumstances

We can presently count 5 home cells developed in various cities: London, Luton and Coventry.

Home cells take place every Thursday at 7:30 PM.

9

KAN

The Kingdom Ambassadors Network is a community of believers coming together and aiming to fellowship. These gatherings organised by Kingdom Ambassadors Centre are managed locally by a KAC member appointed by the leader of the house.

The vision is to bring people to the knowledge of Christ and to fully equip them to live a daily Christian lifestyle.

Participants to these meetings identify themselves as KAN members and are fully involved in the growth of the ministry.

In 2021, as a result of a Home cell, we were able to establish our first KAN in Coventry kicking off on the 20th of September.

Monthly:

Kingdom nights

Kingdom nights are congregational gatherings that bring the youth together for a time of worship and prayer. This event focuses on the ability to tarry in prayers. As well as interceding for the nation and one another.

Through this experience people are challenged to step out of the spiritual comfort zone. Kingdom Nights are monthly events that are scheduled on the third Friday of each month.

Yearly:

KISS

Is our yearly Kingdom Infused Single Seminar that is centered around relationships, financial success and spiritual lifestyle.

This conference shapes our ability for decision making in our Christian journey. KISS is organised once a year during Valentine#s weekend.

10

Volunteers

The commitment, effort and skills of our volunteers are at the heart of our organisation. Some of our long-standing staff and volunteers have worked with us for considerable periods contributing invaluable time and effort.

Many of our members have been supporting the organisations.

We can presently count 50 volunteers across our various departments:
