• Providing schools, religious, community and civic institutions with speakers who have a personal connection with Holocaust survivors. • Recruiting descendants of Holocaust survivors who wish to develop a presentation to tell their family story. • Training and development of potential speakers to deliver educational and engaging presentations using survivor testimony and artefacts. • Developing educational resources to support teachers to extend learning • Holding monthly on-line events to give a platform to G2G speakers and to invite other speakers to discuss issues of relevance today. • Cooperating with other groups and organisations engaged with Holocaust education and education against racism. |

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
A: Achievements
1. Outreach:

In 2024 G2G speakers delivered more than 370 presentations to 40,000+ people .
-
This represents an 18% increase on the previous year.
2. Number of accredited speakers
-
In 2024 we increased the number of accredited G2G Holocaust speakers from 34 to 38
-
We expect to increase this to 45 accredited speakers by the end of 2025.
-
To include ten 3[rd] Generation speakers and eight speakers outside London.
3. Speaker development
-
6 new potential speakers were recruited to start training and development
-
18 prospective speakers are receiving support to develop presentations.

12 mentors allocated to speakers on a one-to-one basis
-
o13 speaker training workshops attended
4. Educational Resources:

We have created a total of 25 resource packs, each complementing a specific presentation.

These resources support educators hosting a G2G speaker, to extend student learning.
5. Events and news

Our monthly public events and newsletter have engaged 1000+ subscribers

This includes events co-hosted with other organisations involved in Holocaust education and organisations creating awareness of other Genocides. Attendance varies from 50-120 people.

Our newsletter focuses on current issues relevant to our work and is received by 700+ people every month.
6. Awareness of G2G has increased significantly
- Evidenced by invitations to significant events, media interview requests, word of mouth referrals, referrals from significant organisations and more enquiries through our website.
