- Providing schools, religious, community and civic institutions with speakers who have a personal connection with Holocaust survivors. 

- Recruiting descendants of Holocaust survivors who wish to develop a presentation to tell their family story.

## **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

## **A: Achievements** 

## **1. Outreach:** 

- In 2023 G2G speakers delivered more than 330 presentations to 40,000+ people **.** 

- This represents a 30% increase on the previous year. 

## **2. Number of accredited speakers** 

- In 2023 we increased the number of accredited G2G Holocaust speakers from 26 to 34 

- We expect to increase this to 40 accredited speakers by the end of 2024. 

- To include eight 3[rd] Generation speakers and six speakers outside London. 

## 3. **Speaker development** 

- 8 new potential speakers were recruited to start training and development 

- 20 prospective speakers receiving support to develop presentations. 

- 13 mentors allocated to speakers on a one-to-one basis 

- 14 speaker training workshops attended 

## **4. Educational Resources:** 

- We have created 4 new resource packs to a total of 25, each complementing a specific presentation. 

- These resources support educators hosting a G2G speaker, to extend student learning. 

## 5. **Events and news** 

- Our monthly public events and quarterly newsletter have engaged 1000+ subscribers 

- This includes events co-hosted with other organisations involved in Holocaust education and organisations creating awareness of other Genocides.  Attendance varies from 50-120 people. 

- Our newsletter focuses on current issues relevant to our work and is received by 700+ people three times per year. 

## **6. Awareness of G2G has increased significantly** 

- Evidenced by invitations to significant events, word of mouth referrals, referrals from significant organisations and more enquiries through our website.

   - Qualitative feedback from host organisations and attendees reveal the following outcomes: 

      - Greater awareness of the Holocaust, antisemitism and of how the seeds of hate can grow into genocide
