The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty In Ghana By Providing Grants, Items And Services To Individuals In Need And/or Charities, Or Other Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty;3. To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.4. The Advancement Of Any Exclusively Charitable Purpose According To The Law Of England And Wales That The Trustees May In Their Absolute Discretion Determine From Time To Time.
