| Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. |
Para 1.20 | Within the period the charity made several impactful donations: Strive Fleetwood CIC – Flakefest (£1,000) Chatsworth Schools Foundation’s donation supported FlakeFest 2024, a vibrant community music and arts festival held in the grounds of Flakefleet Primary School in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Organised by STRIVE Fleetwood CIC, the event aimed to bring together a community facing significant socio-economic challenges— where 26% of children live in poverty and 37% of households lack access to a car. The festival featured: - Live performances from local bands and entertainers - Children’s activities and cultural showcases - A community fireworks display - Free tickets distributed via local charities, including foodbanks The event not only celebrated local talent and heritage but also provided an inclusive, uplifting experience for families who might otherwise be excluded from such cultural opportunities. The donation helped ensure accessibility and community participation, aligning closely with the Foundation’s mission to support disadvantaged children and promote educational and cultural enrichment. |

Champion Chanzige (£1,000) The Foundation’s donation to Champion Chanzige was inspired by the remarkable fundraising efforts of Highfield Prep School, part of the Chatsworth Schools family. In 2024, pupils and staff from Highfield visited a village in Tanzania, where they engaged directly with local schools and communities, witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by children in accessing quality education. Motivated by this experience, the Foundation contributed £1,000 to Champion Chanzige, a UKbased charity dedicated to improving education in rural Tanzania. In a powerful gesture of solidarity, the charity matched this donation, doubling the impact. The combined funding supported: - Infrastructure improvements at local schools - Provision of essential educational materials - Support for children in orphanages and underresourced communities This initiative exemplifies the Foundation’s mission to advance education for disadvantaged children globally, while also empowering Chatsworth pupils to become compassionate global citizens. Banbury Hockey Club (£250) The donation to Banbury Hockey Club supported its youth development programme, which provides inclusive access to sport for children and young people in Oxfordshire. The club is committed to fostering not only hockey skills but also teamwork, leadership, and personal development. The funding helped: - Offset costs for junior training sessions and equipment - Support participation for children from lowerincome families - Promote physical health and social inclusion through sport

This contribution reflects the Foundation’s commitment to supporting children’s development beyond the classroom, especially those who may face barriers to participation due to financial or social circumstances. Farms for City Children (£10,000) This significant donation funded a week-long residential experience for an inner-city school at one of Farms for City Children’s rural locations. The programme offers immersive, hands-on learning in farming and nature, helping children from urban environments build confidence, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of food, the environment, and rural life. The experience: - Provided a transformative educational opportunity for children who may not otherwise access the countryside - Supported social and emotional development through teamwork and responsibility - Aligned directly with the Foundation’s goal of removing barriers to educational enrichment Victoria Bradley Scholarship – Chatsworth Schools Pupils In 2024, the Chatsworth Schools Foundation proudly sponsored the Victoria Bradley Scholarship, a transformative initiative aimed at supporting talented pupils within the Chatsworth Schools network who may face financial or personal barriers to accessing high-quality education. This scholarship: - Covered tuition fees for selected pupils, enabling them to continue their education within the Chatsworth family - Recognised potential and nurtured talent, regardless of background or circumstance - Embodied the Foundation’s commitment to inclusivity, opportunity, and educational excellence

Named in honour of Victoria Bradley, a cherished member of the Chatsworth community, the scholarship reflects her legacy of compassion, dedication, and belief in the power of education to change lives. Conclusion In 2024, the Chatsworth Schools Foundation made significant strides in advancing its mission to support the education and development of disadvantaged children. Through strategic donations and partnerships, the Foundation has positively impacted communities both in the UK and overseas, providing opportunities for children to thrive and reach their highest potential. The Foundation remains committed to its Objects and will continue to seek out and support initiatives that align with its vision of educational excellence and inclusivity. We look forward to building on the successes of 2024 and making an even greater impact in the years to come.
