Achievements and Performance
| SORP reference | ||
|---|---|---|
| Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. |
Para 1.20 | Since our registration in 2020, we have rescued, assessed and settled 87 dogs into new homes. This has directly benefitted 87 lonely people and by extension family members as well, plus of course the animals themselves. We know that loneliness is an unseen illness, and we feel that we make a contribution to wider society by reducing demand on our health services. Feedback tells us that our activities have the desired, beneficial effect on those we support and this includes those attending our fundraising and social events. |
