This has directly**<br>**benefitted  lo74nely people and, by**<br>**extension, family members as well, plus**<br>**of course the animals themselves.**<br>**We know that loneliness is the unseen**<br>**illness and we feel that we make a**<br>**contribution to wider society by reducing,**<br>**albeit in a small way, demand on our**<br>**health services.**<br>**Feedback tells us that our activities have**<br>**the desired beneficial effect on those we**<br>**support and this includes those attending**<br>**our fundraising, social, events.**|
