The Trustees present their report for ihe l June 2022 to 31 May 2023.
Objective5
The charity's objective5 are to ad¥aft￿ the education of youne membws of the publit at large in
agriculture, home crafts, ¢OUntry life and related subjerts and, in the interest of the soual welfare
of such metnbers, to provide and promote the provision of facilities for recreation and other
lei5ure-time occupations. being facilities which will improve their SPITitual and rnental capacities.

In setting objectives and planning for actmties. the Tru51ee5 have given due consideration to
general guidan￿ publisheil by the Chafity Commission ￿lating to public benefit.
Main athvI￿e$ and achievements
aub members are aged between 10 and 30 and meet on a regular ba515. Meeting5 range from
talks and trips to preparing for compettlions and fundrdi5ing for¢harlty.
The chariiy held a variety of e¥onts duringthe year includingthe Barn Bash in May 2023 and the
Tractor Run in March, our first fundraising evevt of the year. We also receNed inmme from
running a barlor a wedding and the sale ol club mefchandise and re￿1ved E2.OCQ in sponsorship
rnoney.
rinan¢ial review
The charity is aware of its responsibilrf(¢es and aims to hold sufficient reserves to ensure its
continued financial wability. No reserves targei has been set, however ihe trustees consider that
the level of rÈseNes held is adequate to meet future obligations.
Structu￿, governance and manaÈement
The charity 15 governend by its constitution adopted on 20June 2019. The trustees are elected
from and by the rnembership.
