**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:(1) TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF BEANE MARSHES; AND(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN: (A) THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION IN RESPECT OF BEANE MARSHES; AND (B) THE WILDLIFE AND ECOLOGY ASSOCIATED WITH BEANE MARSHES.

**Activities:** The charity aims to 1) promote the conservation, protection and improvement of Beane Marshes; and2) to advance the education of the public in a) the principles and practise of sustainable development and biodiversity conservation in respect of Beane Marshes and b) the wildlife and ecology associated with Beane MarshesWe do this through an education program and supporting H&M Wildlife Trust
