The trustees preseni their Report and Accounts for the year cnded 3151 December ?024.
C¢lesiial Church of Christ, Comfort of fortress Parish is a registered chartty with the overall mission of
spreading the Christian faith, alleviating poverty. and reaching oul to those thal are marginalised in the
society at large.
The trustee5' policy is to ensure that the above aims are met to the highest possible slandard.
Volunteers staff the charity, with the workload spread among some of the senior members.
The charity is fL￿ded by its mernbers with those taxpayers usually making their donations by Gift Aid
De¢laration. with ihe payments mostly made on a weekly basis. This ensures that a regular slream of
monies 15 forthcoming, with the annual tax rebate claim being used towards the maintenance and
improvemenls of the charity's assets. mainly the church building and grounds.
-These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to charitable
companies subject to the small companies. regime.

Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of
Celestial Church of Christ- Comfort of Fortress Parish
I report on the accounts of the Trnst for year ended 31" December 2024, which is set out on pages 7.
Respective responsibilities of Trustees and examiner
As the charity's tnistees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts- you consider that the
audit r¢quir¢m¢nt of s¢ction 43(2} of ChaTlt¢s Act 1993 (th¢ Act) does not apply. It is my rcsponsibility to
state, on the basis of the procedures specified in the General DireLtions given by the Charity
Commissioners under sector 43(7)(b} of the Act, whether matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
My examination was Ca￿led out in aCCOTdance with the General DirectOTS given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination include5 a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
con]parison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit,
and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with our examination, no matter has come to our attention.. -
to keep accounting records in aecordanee with section 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006
and
to prepaTe accounts which accord with the accounting records, comply with the accounting
requir¢ments of S¢ction 394 and 395 of th¢ Compani¢s Act 2006 and with th¢ methods and
principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice.. Accounting and Reporting by Charities
have not b¢¢n met; or
2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn to enable a Proper understanding of the
accounLs to b¢ reaehcd.
