**Objects:** TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE NORTH NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AREA BY PROVIDING AN OPPORTUNITY TO RIDE HORSES ON A REGULAR BASIS TO ENHANCE THEIR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT WITH LIKE-MINDED MEMBERS AND VOLUNTEERS.

**Activities:** We provide a weekly riding lesson from March to October for a small group of disabled riders at a riding centre based near Blidworth Nottinghamshire. The benefit the riders get is immense, from helping to improve their core strength to boosting their confidence or helping to improve their communication skills which in turn gives them more confidence to build relationships.
